Riverside Golf Club knew they were lacking something in their IT Systems and support. It turns out what they were missing was a real partner in IT that would not only listen to their needs but would investigate and provide solutions as if they were Riverside Golf Clubs internal IT department. It quickly became clear after meeting the staff at Riverside Golf Club that they needed an IT services company that could bridge the gap in understanding that existed between the goals the Riverside management team needed to accomplish and how they could use technology to achieve those goals. Their existing service provider was barely even responding to their service calls, let alone being proactive in resolving those issues. They never thought it was a problem to fix the same issue over and over again without looking deeper into understanding why the issue kept recurring. Riverside Golf Club would suffer through servicing their clientele while the wireless networking, food ticket printers or reservation systems would intermittently fail. This would not only cause staff and customer’s grief but increased the costs of conducting business while also lowering incoming revenue. There were also projects and goals that required IT services and integration. Riverside had lost faith in their IT service provider executing day to day operations. This created a bottleneck and a complete lack of ability to move forward with projects that would benefit RGC and add stability and efficiencies.
