It has been a long wait for the new Office suite icons to be rolled out since their initial debut in November of 2018. The new icons are jazzier, bolder, and much more colorful. The eventual goal of Microsoft is to bring these icons to their Office apps on all platforms and unify the design. In addition, Microsoft just announced their changes to the file-type icons which feature a more subtle change.
While it may take some getting used too, I think the icons look nice – what do you think?
