According to an email by the Meraki Channel Team, effective May 10th, Cisco has actively been in discussions with the U.S. administration to understand the implications of the new 25% tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese imports.
The notice goes on to state,
The U.S. tariffs affect networking equipment and components across the industry. A limited number of Cisco Meraki products have been impacted, and the price increase on these products is in effect as of June 1, 2019. As per our standard practice, Cisco provides a Net Price Protection Policy of 30 days on any valid quote from the data the quote was approved.
